Q: How will I know which bath or shower is right for my easy access bathing needs?
A: One of our surveyors will visit you and find out what you want to gain from your
easy access bathing experience. They will then explain the many mobility products and choices available to you and will encourage you to ask as many questions as you like. This will help you to make an informed decision on which easy access bathing solution suits your requirements.
Q: Will there be a lot of disruption to my home?
A: We always try to ensure there is as little disruption as possible and our specialist fitters will try and get the project finished for you as quickly as possible. Even larger mobility products such as
disabled shower cubicles can be installed in as little as a day so you can enjoy your new
easy access bath or shower straight away.
Q: Do these products require special servicing and upkeep?
A: Not at all. Our mobility products are very easy to care for and require no special equipment or cleaning fluids. By making it as easy as possible for you, you'll be able to enjoy your new found easy access bathing experience.
Q: I’m nervous about meeting an advisor on my own?
A: Don’t worry all our surveyors carry identification for your peace of mind and are fully trained to explain our products and service to you with no obligation whatsoever. We are proud of our reputation for being considerate and friendly but please feel free to invite a partner, friend or relative along. If you have a
walk in shower or walk in bath in mind then a member of our team will be happy to talk you through the product.
Q: Are you affiliated with any Associations?
Yes we are fully associated with the Federation of Master Builders
Q: What colours are available?
Our baths come in 3 standard colours: white, cream & ecru but we can colour match your new bath to any colour you wish.
