Every bathroom we install is tailored to the needs of you and your home. From the first conversation to the final clean up, our team takes care of everything with thoughtful advice, careful planning and professional service at every stage.

Step 1 – Getting to know you and your space
Your advisor will visit in person to talk through what you need and how you use your bathroom.
They will:
- Take detailed measurements and check plumbing, electrics and layout
- Talk through your priorities, preferences and any specific challenges
- Suggest layouts, styles and features that suit your home and routine
- Share a clear, tailored quote with no pressure to decide on the spot
This stage is relaxed, helpful and informative. We take the time to explain everything so you can make confident decisions.
Step 2 – Planning every detail
Once you are happy to go ahead, we introduce your installation manager. They will be your main point of contact from this stage forward.
They will:
- Arrange a technical survey to confirm all details and check everything is ready
- Give you a clear timeline for your installation
- Keep you up to date and answer any questions along the way
Good planning makes everything easier later. That is why we take it seriously.
Step 3 – Installation you can rely on
Your installation manager will coordinate the whole process. The team will arrive on time, work respectfully and take care to protect your home.
During installation, we will:
- Keep you informed of progress each day
- Carry out all plumbing, electrics and fitting to the agreed design
- Complete the flooring, wall panels and accessories
- Tidy as we go
We want you to feel comfortable with the people in your home. Our team are friendly, experienced and happy to help.
Step 4 – Clean, clear and ready to enjoy
Once the work is complete, we go through a final checklist to make sure every part of the room is working exactly as it should.
We then:
- Clean the space thoroughly
- Remove all waste and old fittings
- Show you how everything works
- Make sure you feel confident and comfortable before we leave

Step 5 – A follow up, just to make sure
A few days after your installation, you will receive a call from us to check how everything is going. We will make sure you are happy and answer any final questions.

Our warranty gives you lasting peace of mind
We build bathrooms to last, using high quality products installed by experienced professionals. Every installation is supported by a comprehensive warranty that covers both workmanship and product performance. If something goes wrong, we will put it right, with clear terms and continued support.
Coverage ranges from two to fifteen years depending on the product, and all work is protected by a labour warranty for the first two years. After that, parts may still be covered and we will provide a clear quote for any work required.
